The room, in every state we have seen it

All of these are this building — not a stock library, and not a render. Empty, dressed, in daylight, at night, and mid-supper. The drape, backdrops, linens and centrepieces belong to the couples and their decorators: we rent the room, not the decor.

The hall set with round tables, white linens and a draped ceiling for a wedding reception
Rounds of eight, dance floor centre. The drape came with the couple.
Long tables running the length of the hall, set family-style
Long tables family-style — fewer seats, and the room we like best.
The head table set against the short wall of the hall
Head table on the short wall, with sight lines down the room.
The hall in the evening with warm lighting over set tables
After dark. In winter the room is the whole picture by half four.
The empty hall in daylight showing the open floor and vaulted ceiling
Empty, in daylight. One open rectangle, no pillars.
Round tables beneath the white ceiling drape with eucalyptus garland
Drape corner to corner, hung by the couple's decorator, not by us.
A sheer white backdrop behind the head table with greenery and warm bulbs
A backdrop brought in for the day. Photographers end up using that wall.
A place setting with china, cutlery and a folded linen napkin
The dishes and cutlery are ours and included. The linen is not.
The kitchen with two fridges, a stove and a commercial dishwasher
Two fridges and a commercial dishwasher — two minutes a rack.
The serving area between the kitchen and the hall
The serving run. Shortest path from kitchen to the back wall.
The ceiling projector and drop-down screen set for a presentation
Projector, screen and house PA — seminars and slideshows.
Guests dancing at a reception in the hall
Floor cleared. The building is yours to midnight, or 1 AM.
The hall photographed from the back of the room toward the head table
From the back. This is what your last row sees.
A detail of the table dressing and centrepieces in the hall
Linens and centrepieces, all of it brought in by the couple.
The hall dressed for an evening event
Dressed for an evening.
The gazebo lit with warm bulbs at dusk, with the field behind it
The gazebo at blue hour. Included with the hall, not an add-on.
The gazebo in daylight, showing the roof, lattice sides and cedar deck
Twelve by twenty-eight, roofed. The forecast does not cancel it.
The rolling bar set up in the hall
The bar is on wheels and goes wherever you want it.
The rolling bar backed onto the kitchen pass-through
Backed onto the pass-through, so the person pouring stays in the room.
Bristol Event Centre from the road in winter, with the parking lot in front
From the road. The parking is the first thing guests mention.
